Community Catalysts is a company that supports the development of local sustainable enterprises. They work with individuals and communities to use their skills to provide local people with a choice of high quality, personalized, local health and care services for local people who want help to live their life their own way.
Gwynedd Council has recognized that there is a shortage of such services locally but is keen to be able to provide more health and care services, responding to the challenge of lack of home care available.
This study will enable individuals working in the care sector to identify opportunities to apply fairer conditions to their work, e.g. work more social hours, provide services that reflect their personal strengths and earn money at a higher level.
