Get to know us – Carwyn ap Myrddin

 

Over the last few months a number of new members of staff have joined us. This time we’ll be getting to know Carwyn ap Myrddin, one of Arloesi Gwynedd Wledig’s new Senior Project Officers.

 

What were you doing before joining Arloesi?

I worked as a Warden on Snowdon for the Snowdonia National Park. I was with them for 7 years in total.

Which projects are you currently working on?

I work on a wide variety of projects. Here are the main ones:-

I’m also developing a range of other projects for our next LAG meeting in February!

What are your interests?

I love sport of all kind. Football and Rugby mainly. I play for Pwllheli RFC and I’ve played for Nant Conwy, Aberwyswyth and Rygbi Gogledd Cymru over the years. I’m also a keen mountain walker. I’ve enjoyed great trips to walk in Scotland, France, Slovakia and New Zealand but it’s hard to beat Eryri when it’s at its best!
